Healthy Pitaya Bowl Recipe: "Carolyn's Creation"

Hi everyone! Happy March. The other day I was craving a Pitaya bowl because it was so hot out, but after researching "Pitaya bowls Fort Myers" it was clear that it would be much easier and faster to make my own. I started reading different Pitaya bowl and Acai bowl recipes and then decided I would just go to the grocery store and get a large variety ingredients so I could experiment and come up with the perfect bowl :) 

Here is my favorite recipe I came up with (also the healthiest):

"Carolyn's Creation"


1 scoop frozen dragonfruit cubes 

1 scoop frozen mango chunks

3-4 fresh strawberries 

1/4 cup coconut water (more or less for desired thickness)


1 freshly sliced banana

Handful of fresh organic blueberries

Handful of fresh organic raspberries

KIND Oats & Honey GF granola (or whatever granola you please)

Shredded coconut 


Variations: **For the base you can also blend in a banana to make the consistency thicker or substitute coconut milk or almond milk instead of coconut water. If you prefer a sweeter taste, blend in honey or agave nectar
